We currently ship with US Postal Office and FedEx on business days, Monday - Friday, excluding national holidays. Delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note shipping process starts from the date you receive an email ”Your order has shipped” as it can take a few days to get a controller built and tested.* You will be provided with an Anticipated Arrival Date when selecting a shipping method.

All orders have tracking numbers assigned to them. You will receive an email with your tracking number once a shipping label is generated for your order. Same tracking number will be reflected in your account with us under the Purchase History Tab.
If a package doesn’t get delivered to the shipping address provided in your account within a specified time frame, please contact our Support Team via Live Chat or email [email protected] with your order number or the complete name the order was placed under. An agent will start a case with a shipping carrier on your behalf to locate your package and typically about 90 % of packages get delivered to recipient's address within 3 - 5 business days from the case initiation date. If it has been more than 5 business days from the date a claim was filed, you are entitled to a 100% refund or a replacement. If an order involves international shipping, the time to complete an investigation can vary depending on the country.
If you claim a package was not delivered to the correct shipping address but its tracking status says “Delivered”, you are not entitled to a refund or a replacement and it becomes your responsibility to file a claim with a mailing carrier.
We ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses in accordance with our domestic or international shipping options pricing.
Considering the very turbulent times we've been living in lately, and the global and local events that have an impact on every business operation, including USPS, FedEx, and DHL, delivery delays can occur.
Please note, as long as your order has been processed and shipped out in accordance with your ETA, Mega Modz is not responsible for the delay. No refund for the shipping costs will be issued, regardless of the shipping method.
