  1. Thank you for a detailed reply.

What game are you using the "Ping on ads" feature?

You would want to use Rapid Fire as an anti-recoil feature for long-range encounters. It will decrease the fire rate, but in the meantime, it will also decrease recoil and most of your bullets will get on target. This applies to SMG, LMG, and Assault Rifles. You can also use the Rapid Fire tactical feature which allows you to quickly turn Rapid Fire ON and OFF depending on the gaming situation and the gun you're currently using.

We never tried combining Strike Pack with our controllers. At first sight, it seems there shouldn’t be any problems using them both at the same time. Just try not to use too many mods/functions simultaneously since it may get confusing.

Keep us updated on the progress.

  2. Hello Daniel,

    Thank you for your question?

What is the main reason you would like to combine a striker pack and a modded controller?
Pretty much Striker Pack is the same thing as a modded controller in a different form. Each of them has pros and cons and offer its own user experience.

As for the no recoil feature, it is the Rapid Fire mod used with fully auto guns. It decreases the fire rate therefore partially illuminates recoil if tuned properly.
What does “Ping on ads” do and in what gaming situation you wanna use it? I’m pretty sure our Macro Remap controller can replicate that.

    Hello Ivan,

There are 2 types of mods: Shooting (Rapid Fire, Akimbo, Auto Burst e.t.c) and Special (Drop shot, Quick Scope e.t.c).

Shooting mods are located on the 1ST slot LED (top left)
Special mods are located on the 2-4 slot LED.

If you want to turn special mods off  you would hold down the mod button on the back and then tap the X
If you want to turn shooting mods off then hold down the mod button on the back and press down on the D-pad.

We also strongly recommend reading all the instructions first.
You can access them thru the user account. The picture is attached below

What you refer to as "glitches real bad" is the Dual Trigger Rapid Fire Mod does its job. If you play with single weapons then activate the simple Rapid Fire Mod
    https://megamodz.com/instructions/ps4/mods/updated-rapid-fire

Dual Trigger Rapid Fire is for dual-wielded guns to be able to have Rapid Fire on both triggers.

    Hi Kelly,

Please keep in mind that the "enemy spotting" function is actually the game mechanic (In Battlefield games). And what the Auto Spot Mod does is just pressing certain buttons in a certain succession on the user’s behalf and executes the spotting mechanic. If there is no such mechanic in a game the mod won't work.

    Hello Jack,

    Thank you for your question.

It looks like one of the modchip components isn’t working right.
Unfortunately, there is no troubleshooting steps to take at this point. The modchip needs to be replaced. It’s a quick fix on our end. We are aware of this issue and currently working on the new modchip design update that will illuminate such problems from happening in the feature.

Please send your controller back, we will resolve this issue ASAP. If you have questions regarding the returning process please contact our Customer Support Team. https://megamodz.com/contact-us

Or simply create a new topic here

    Hello Travis,

    Thank you for your question.

It is critical to activate appropriate mods depending on the game/gaming situations. Another important part is to understand the concept of a modded controller (mods).

We strongly recommend reading this article we put up.
    https://megamodz.com/blog/modded-controllers-5-things-you-need-to-know

Many users believe that activating as many mods as possible at the same time will give them an ultimate advantage which could be not the case if you are new to the modded controller concept. Although, an experienced user will benefit using multiple mods simultaneously. Keep in mind that every mod carries an additional layer of functionality. It takes time and practice to build up a skill of creating mod combos and executing them successfully.

Here is the best approach you may try:
    - There is a learning curve. You may want to invest some time in reading all the instructions first. You can do so by the link below
    https://megamodz.com/instructions/ps4/mods
    - Once you have an understanding of the mod mechanic go ahead and try that mod out in a real gaming environment.
    - Once you’ve mastered one mod move onto the next one.
    - Lastly. You may try creating mod combos. Start with one shooting mod (Rapid Fire) and one additional special mod (2-4 slot LEDs)
Once you’ve mastered 2 mod combos go ahead and activate up to 4 mods at a time.

    To answer your first question:

“Whenever I activate some mods, my tactical and lethals Go off whenever I have something on me. So if I pick up a grenade, it will automatically throw it as soon as it can.”

We need to know what mods you have activate at a moment and what configuration (sub-modes) you're using.
Next question,  is what game you are trying to use these mods with.

    Your second questions:

“My rapid-fire also is buggy. It will shoot one time, pause for half a second, shoot three more times, pauses for half a second, and repeats that sequence”

Rapid Fire is the mod that makes semi-auto and single-shot guns shoot as fully auto ones.
Any time you hold down your fire-button the modchip is spamming this button for you.
More info can be found here https://megamodz.com/instructions/ps4/mods/updated-rapid-fire

A few things to keep in mind:
    - Our Rapid Fire functionality allows users to adjust the speed settings and make your semi-auto gun shoot as fast as possible. Here, we want to mention that it will allow your gun to shoot as fast as the game settings allow. Each game has a “speed cup”.
    - For the first time user, we don’t recommend messing with the programming mode. This feature considered an advanced one. Our preset Rapid Fire sub-modes are pretty close to most speed cups of the recent popular games.
    - If you've used programming mode and went above the game speed cup then it may create the situations you’ve described above. In cases like this just go ahead and reset your controller (modchip) to factory default.

Hope it helps. If you need further assistance please elaborate on the topic and answer the question regarding the exact mods you use and the game you play.

  7. Your charging supply connector wears off at the same rate as the controller's USB port. When these 2 parts are plugged in they may still make a solid connection and your controller (standard PS4 controller) will receive  just enough power to function.

When you connect a new modded controller, first, it needs more power to start functioning, because there is an additional modchip installed which requires some power as well.  And second, when you plug  in a used charging supply the connection is no longer solid, because there is a level of progressive loss of material on your charging supply resulted from the mechanical interaction of two sliding surfaces under load.

The easiest solution is to get a brand new charging supply. That way it will insure a solid, steady current flow.

The front end of the ps4 or the contact on the charging stand must be bad. Is there a specific wall adapter that you guys use?

We use USB cords mostly. I would recommend switching the charging station. There is a strong possibility it doesn't work right.

No specific brand preferences though. All of them should perform well as long it is in a working condition.

Hi, I received my controller 06/30/2020 and it worked beautifully. Started playing on 07/01/2020 and took a break to eat and left the controller on, mod chip was OFF. I have a 10 min controller sleep timer set on my ps4 so by the time I came back the controller was disconnected. Now it won’t charge or turn on off of any power supply cable combo including a Playstation charging stand or straight off the USB port. Battery indications showed it was full when i played with it before it died. Kinda sucks I had one day of glory with it and now its just sitting here! Any suggestions on how to wake it up?

    Hello Tristian,

We've received your controller back. Just wanted to inform you that we were unable to replicate the issue you're describing. We have a few PS4 consoles (First Day Edition and bunch of PRO's) in our facility as well as lots of USB power cords (all of them are authentic SONY products). We also opened the controller up and tested all the modchip components as well as the battery.

There were no issues found. We were able to charge and play with the controller every time we wanted to.

It looks like the problem is exclusive to your particular charging setup. Were you using the controller with a console or a PC?

Please allow up to 24 hours for our customer rep to contact you and assist you further.

Hi,  I received my PS4 controller today, and it won't connect to the console. I read that Mega modz test every controller at the facility, can someone help with that?, I can't seem to find the answer, I see that the instructions mention that used power cords may cause problems, is that it?

    Hello Milton,

Thank you for posting your question.

Can you please describe what exactly happens? Does the controller Light Bar light up at all? Is it blinking? It could be an easy fix.

I actively watched the controller charge when i took it out of the box. Used the same charging setup for overnight. Got online around 5pm, full charge and mods worked. It seems like the kill signal from the ps4 took it down and it doesn't know how to boot up. Now I have tried 5 different power supply/cable combos and can’t get a light to come on at all. Is there a specific output current required to charge the battery? I can provide up to 2.5A but requiring that much current to charge seems odd. It almost seems like a Zif cable pin might be shorting. I can run a meter across the battery later and if it shows at least half capacity then that cant be the problem, right?

Sorry to inform you, but It seems we may need to take a look at it and inspect the problem. Can you please send it back? The process is easy.

  12. Hello Tristian,

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing such a problem.
Do you have any alternative USB power cords to try? Our controllers are sensitive to the level of power these supplies provide. Even if your charging supplies work well with your standard controller they (charging docs, cords) may not provide the needed level of energy to the modchip we install causing the modchip to go to the sleep mode.

Our best recommendation would be to try a new USB power cord. That should solve the issue.

Please keep us posted on the progress.

  13. Hello Isidoro,

Sorry to hear that you're having problems operating your controller.

Here are the troubleshooting steps to try:

    1. Reset your controller back to factory default settings

    https://megamodz.com/instructions/xbox-one/mods-overview

Follow the link above and scroll all the way down.

There is a chance you've changed the button maps (button layouts feature) on your controller accidentally.

    https://megamodz.com/instructions/xbox-one/mods/button-layout-maps

If that the case you may not able to activate Rapid Fire pressing the button combinations indicated in the instructions. After performing the reset try activating Rapid Fire again.

    2. If the step 1 doesn't solve the issue you will most likely need to send the controller back. Especially, if you can activate every Mod but Rapid Fire.

Sending your controller back is easy and free. Just login to your account and then go to Purchase History - All Orders - Start Return and follow the prompts.

We will email you a return shipping label that you can print off, attach to the box and drop off your package at your local postal office (USPS). We currently process all returns and repairs on Saturday. Meaning your return will be fixed and shipped out by Monday.

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

  14. Hello Avery,

There is no such a game mechanics (Armor Repair) in Modern Warfare. Health regeneration in Modern Warfare Multiplayer is automatic therefor there is no way to optimize it using mods/macros. However, there is a Tactical Equipment in the game called Stim Shot. It speeds up the auto-health regeneration that is in the game already but just a few seconds overall.
