  1. The Mechanical Triggers option is permanent but can be reversed by us if needed. The controller with the option installed can be sent back for an upgrade.
  2. Hello Josh. Thank you for your question. Here are the answers: Mechanical Triggers are designed exclusively for First Person Shooter games. They won't work in Racing games, that is correct. If you opt to get those, Adaptive Triggers will become unavailable on the controller. If you want to have flexibility, then possibly the Edge Controller will be a better choice as it offers 3-Position Trigger Locks: https://megamodz.com/Custom-PS5-Edge-Controller The set of 3 pairs comes with 3 lengths (11mm, 14,5mm, and 17mm), and 2 shapes (Concave and Convex). Sold as a set. We do not remove Rumble Motors at all. Adaptive Triggers only get affected if you select the Mechanical Shoulder buttons option. They don't get removed, they just get disabled. Hope that helps.
  3. Hi Scot. Always happy to help. There is a learning curve when it comes to mods. It adds an extra layer to the controller's functionality. When mastered, it can boost your gaming performance and is fun. Let us know if you have any other questions.
  4. Hello Scott, Thank you for your recent purchase with us and your feedback. That would be the Drop Shot Mod. Here is the link to the instructions: https://megamodz.com/instructions/xbox-one/mods/updated-drop-shot-and-jump-shot That's the Auto Spot Mod, but the problem with it is that the default sub-mode (#1) is designed for BF games (It won't work properly in Warzone). If you are playing Warzone, then you would want to use either the sub-mode 3 or 4. Those are designed for Warzone and differ in the way you execute the Mod. Please refer to the instructions: https://megamodz.com/instructions/xbox-one/mods/updated-auto-spot Please let us know if that helps.
  5. You are welcome. That will be the DeckHD screen. We work with them. The release date is around the end of October.
  6. Hello Nicholas, Thank you for your question. The Steam Deck "Send-In Service" website functionality is in the development phase currently. Once finished, it will be a structured process that will allow the user to do the following before sending a Deck in: Provide a brief description of the owner's Steam Deck (Model, Steam Deck Part #, Device condition, etc.) Select the desired custom and hardware options Get the final price calculated in real-time Get the estimated project completion and delivery date Select the desired shipping methods (FedEx) one or both ways Get notified about the process progress Complete the purchase through the website shopping cart If you wish to send your Deck right away before the functionality is complete you can do so by following the steps below: Step 1 - Gathering Information ----------------------------------------------------------- Send me a DM with the following answers about your device: Your Steam Deck Serial Number (How to find?) When did you buy it (Approx.)? Have you opened your Deck and done any modifications yourself? What is the current condition of your Deck (Brand New, Like New, Used – Good, Used – Acceptable)? What SSD is installed in your Deck? If you select a bigger SSD would you like us to clone your SSD onto the new SSD? Are there any known issues (hardware & software) with the device? Do you want us to mail you a shipping label? FedEx 2-Day ($15-18) For the quote, you need to select all the options you wish to be installed on your Deck in the Deck Creator (disregard the price calculation for now as it will show the price for a new modified device): https://megamodz.com/Custom-Steam-Deck When finished, either add the configuration to You Wish List (we can later access it) or click the "Download" button You'll be prompted to save the picture (it will contain all the options you selected) with the QR code onto your device. You then, can attach the picture while inquiring for a quote. Step 2 - Quote & Payment ----------------------------------------------------------- We will analyze your request and provide a quote within 1-2 business days. If the quote works for you, we will send you an invoice that you can pay off through PayPal (even if you don't have a PayPal account). Step 3 - Preparation & Shipping ----------------------------------------------------------- Once the invoice is paid you can then start preparing your Deck for shipping: Make sure your Deck is clean and disinfected (you can use rubbing alcohol or sanitizing spray) Remove all accessories from your Deck if there are any (cases, stickers, SD, etc. ) Put your Deck in the original carrying case before boxing it up If we mailed you a shipping label, then your box’s volume shouldn't exceed 362 cubic inches. Use this formula to calculate the volume: your box length x width x height If you are mailing the package on your own, then make sure to send us a tracking number of the shipment Step 4 - Processing & Modding Your Deck ----------------------------------------------------------- Once we receive the device we will start by performing an inspection to make sure your Deck is in working condition and is in line with all the technical information provided earlier. Once the Inspection part is done, we will start a modifying process on your Deck. The turnaround time is usually 1 to 2 weeks. However, during the holiday season (November through February) it may take up to 4 weeks. All OEM parts that we will remove from your handheld can be shipped back to you. When we ship your Deck back, you'll be notified by email and a tracking number will be provided. Step 4 - Receiving Your Deck Back ----------------------------------------------------------- Once you receive your handheld back, we ask you to perform a visual inspection of the device as well as to test all the controls (buttons) in the Settings interface and report issues if there are any within the first days (please be mindful that false reporting is not acceptable on our platform and will result in a permanent ban). The warranty is 3 months and it covers the parts we replaced and labor. An extended warranty of one year can be purchased ($39.99). Please also note that the service is not refundable due to its nature and we encourage you to weigh in on all pros and cons before making a purchasing decision. Please let us know if there is anything else we haven’t covered while answering your question.
  7. Hello Kris, Thank you for your question. We do not sell parts and components. We do offer a Send-In service, however.

  10. Hello Kohav, Thank you for your question. For the Xbox Series X Controllers, we only offer a Straight Remap functionality, meaning only one stock controller button can be remapped to one of the 4 back buttons/paddles and mimic the function of that button. As of right now, the only controller that allows mapping 2 stock controller buttons to one paddle we offer is the PS5 Edge.

  12. Hello Kyle, Sorry for the slow replies. The latest update was beginning of August. The release date has been postponed multiple times due to technical difficulties.
  13. Hello Jay, Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate that. Unfortunately, there is no quick solution for the issue you're having I'm afraid. Either the D-pad or the front shell itself need to be replaced. You can go ahead and ship it back we will take care of it. The return process is easy, just log in to your account, click the "Return Item" button, and follow the further prompts. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  14. The configuration you described worked fine when we tested it. Here is a quick tip. If you set both paddles to work as an ON/OFF switch for Rapid Fire (or other shooting mods), then the Left Paddle will always be the OFF switch for RF and the Right one will be the ON switch for RF. I thought that could be the case, but if you had the Left Paddle assigned to the Circle button then you should have been able to quickly turn ON and OFF the Rapid Fire Mod by pressing the right one. We will ship your controller back on Monday. It should be working fine.
  15. Hello Nathan, We are still unable to replicate the issue you described. But we may have a clue what happened on your end. Can you please specify the back paddle setup at the time of the problem occurrence? What the right and left paddles were configured for? Were they both configured as an ON/OFF switch for mods? Do you recall? Thanks.

  20. Hello. Mechanical Face and Shoulder button options for PS5 Controller are back in stock.
  21. Hello, The options you are inquiring about will become available on Tuesday (7/11/2023) by the end of the day. Sorry for the delays. There were a few technical difficulties with the products that have been successfully resolved.
  22. Would the red led (1st slot) come up on the right LED indicator any time you activate Rapid Fire? Are you referring to the function that enables paddles to be a quick ON/OFF switch for shooting mods (including Rapid Fire)? That function didn't work or you were unable to make the Rapid Fire Mod work at all?
