    Hello Erandy, 

    First, you map your fire button to one of the macro buttons. After that, you get into 2nd sub-mode,  which is Turbo and save it. Now every time you press the macro button, the controller will rapid fire for you. 

    There are 2 timing types involved in the process: ON (time the button is pressed for) and OFF (time between button presses). 

    The default Turbo settings are 100 ms for ON and 150 ms for OFF. 

    If you are happy with the performance, great! You don't have to do anything else.

    If you want to play around with different timings and see the benefit in customizing it, you can adjust both timing via a programming mode (50 ms to 3 sec range)

    You absolutely can!

    Fortnite compatible mod packs are Rapid Fire, Auto Burst, JumpShot and Quick Scope https://megamodz.com/games/fortnite.

    Rapid Fire will work with semi-auto and single shot weapons as long as the shooting mechanics in the game is similar to the COD's one.

    Hello, Auto Spot/Ping comes with 4 sub-modes. Sub-modes 3 and 4 are the ones for Warzone, make sure you are in the correct sub-mode.

    Hello, the only difference is that Mega Modz controllers come with a modchip installed inside that is required for the mods to work. Other than that, controller interior and components are not altered in any way.

    Hello, thank you for the recent order with us and we are sorry about the delay. USPS has been experiencing delays in delivery since mid-December. 

    The issue seems to be resolved now.

    From the experience, contacting their Customer Care at 800 275 8777 with your tracking number and starting the inquiry with them works wonders.  

    You are entitled to the controller replacement or a refund if it's declared lost.

    Can I add mods to a controller I already purchased.

    Fast reload

    Hi,  with the Fast Reload mod you need to make sure you are using the correct Fast Reload sub-mode for your weapon.

    There is the Chart in online instructions you can refer to or you can let me know which game and weapon you use and I will advise you
