Rapid fire on R1 button isn’t working for destiny 2

New to modded controllers. I have one with rapid fire, default flipped, and layouts mods that I’m trying to use in destiny 2. I’m trying to get the rapid fire mod to work with R1 instead of R2. I have the fire buttons flipped in game as well as on the controller but it still only allows me to activate rapid fire on R2 but not R1. Is anyone else having this problem? Any solutions?

You also need to change the modchip settings (button layouts) in order to be able to activate Rapid Fire on R1. The modchip by default has Rapid Fire set on R2 (since it's the "Fire" button in default)
