The rapid fire on my XBOX One controller is extremely sporadic. Sometimes it works and other times it doesn't, mind you this occurs on the same weapons. With that said I've tried to reset the controller per the directions. However when I move to the second step (view button D-Pad down) I get a sequence of lights that end with the two top lights being blue and the bottom two lights remaining green.
This is very frustrating as I'm not having the issue on the megamodz PS4 controller I have. Any help you can provide would be appreciated.
The way the controller responds when you try to perform a factory reset is not how it's supposed to be acting. There might be a problem with the product.
