Mod not working

I got a controller but rapid fire dosn't work. But it does when I use dual trigger. Anyone know anything about this or how to make rapid fire work on it's own

Thank you for your question.

It looks like one of the modchip components isn’t working right. 
Unfortunately, there is no troubleshooting steps to take at this point. The modchip needs to be replaced. It’s a quick fix on our end. We are aware of this issue and currently working on the new modchip design update that will illuminate such problems from happening in the feature.

Have you tried holding the mod button and taping the right trigger, there are a few different rapid fire options. Youtube has great tutorials on this.
