How do I get the controller to stay connected? It turns the Xbox on then after a few seconds it , with the home button light still on it says to reconnect controller. I've taken the battery pack out (charged) and put it back in same thing works for a couple seconds then says to reconnect. I've also done a resync to the Xbox but it continues to disconnect. I'm out of options.

Hello Larry,
Thank you for the recent order with us. Here are 3 steps to t/s the issue you are having:
1. Please try BRAND NEW regular batteries especially if you are using a rechargeable battery and it's been in use for some time (it may not deliver enough power to supply a good performance of the modchip even if it works fine for your standard controller)
