Ps4 connecting issues

howzit, I just got my controller like 20 mins ago and its not connecting to the Ps4 via cable. it has the yellow indicator that it's charging.

Thank you for the order with us. What power supply are you using? Please try a regular brand new USB cable as your current cord may not be delivering.
