hey there megamodz I just have a quick question as im new to using modded controllers and being on ps4 console. My question is will this controller and mods work with fortnite as this is the only game I would basically use this for

You absolutely can!

Fortnite compatible mod packs are Rapid Fire, Auto Burst, JumpShot and Quick Scope https://megamodz.com/games/fortnite.

You will add them one by one from MODS Tab in the Controller Creator. 

Let us know if you have other questions on Fortnite mods or other.
