Please try BRAND NEW regular batteries especially if you are using a rechargeable battery and it's been in use for some time (it may not deliver enough power to supply a good performance of the modchip even if it works fine for your standard controller) 2. Perform a factory reset of the controller following simple steps found at the bottom of this page: https://megamodz.com/instructions/xbox-one/mods-overview 3. Update the controller firmware via the Xbox Accessories App. Let us know if the issue has been resolved.
