Can't submit order...

I hope I chose the right place to post this.

When trying to submit my payment info it I keep getting a pop up saying I must fill in highlighted sections. The sectioned highlighted is my email address. I've tried re entering it and it is definitely correct. I tried the little "CHAT" bubble icon, but it just stays on "Loading." 

Thanks for any help. I submitted screen shots.

Hello, it looks like you have space in front of your email, this may be causing the system not recognize it as a valid email.
