I just received the controller and do not like it. i go to purchase history and it has not been updated to "delivered" status. how long does that take?

I see you placed another order and are sending the original one for a refund. That's the best way to approach it.

i cannot wait for this. i wanted to get the Modded one. decided not to because its not allowed in tourneys. But now that i think about it. it would help level things faster.
