Ps5 modded controller mechanical button issues

Hello,

I recently bought my controller a few months ago and have been loving it since, until now that is. The problem I'm experiencing is that my R1 mechanical button does multiple button presses when pressed once, almost as if it's a bit stuck. I mainly play fortnite and it's throwing me off my game when it comes to switching weapons and editing. Is there any solution to fix this?

Please go ahead and send your controller back. We will take a look at it.

 

Steps:

• Login to your account
• Go to the "Purchase History" tab
• Locate the product
• Click the "Return Item" button
• Follow the prompts

I thought I would have needed to buy the warranty to be able to send the item back for repairs.

Your controller is covered by the standard (3-month) warranty. 

 

From what you describe, it also looks like it's an easy fix.
