So I just received my new PS4 modded controller and there is these two switches on the back and I can find nothing in the instructions of what they are for and what they do.

Hi Jason,
These are trigger locks that allow the user to change the travel distance of controller triggers. For example, many players find it useful to have them on the shortest setting so that they are able to pull the trigger as fast as possible.
