Got a new juggernaut PS4 mod and love the controller. Unfortunately I cannot get the controller to hold a charge in order to play it wireless. As long as I keep it on the cord I can use but can’t play wireless because the controller has ZERO battery life no matter how long I let it charge.
my charge cord works, it charges up my regular controller just fine. Something I’m missing? Don’t want a refund but would like a switch out. Is this possible? Thanks in advance.

Hello John,
It looks like you may wanna try a brand new USB charging cord. Even if your current one charges your standard controller just fine. We've seen these cases before. I can almost guarantee the problem has nothing to do with the controller itself.
Please keep us posted. If that won't help we will replace it, no problem.
