Can't get mods work in Warzone

I received my controller from megamodz  that I've been waiting a long time for it and am excited to use it. But I'm trying to use my mods in Warzone and none of them have worked yet 😞

Hi Thomas,

There can be several reasons affecting the performance of mods on your controller. Can you please reply to the following questions so we identify them:

1. What button layout are you in?

2. Are you getting any LEDs on?

3.What power supply are you using? If your current power supply is not brand new and has been in use for some time, it can be the problem. It may not deliver enough power for the mods to work even if charges your regular controller well. We also DO NOT RECOMMEND using third party chargers.  A regular, BRAND NEW USB cord will always do the job.

Thank you for your help. The modz are working fine now. It was the charging issue.
