[Left paddle doesn't remap]

The right back paddle is fine but the left back paddle doesn't do anything.

 

I followed the right instructions and still nothing.

 

 

[Order placed, but forgot to add important feature to my controller]

So I ordered a new ps5 controller. But forgot the most important feature... The backbuttons. 😒🤡

I was so stoked by all the lovely cosmetic designs and colours that I forgot the most important part.

Can someone please help? I am more than happy to pay the difference for they back paddles to be added.
