So i purchased a controller and was looking forward to it coming but the courier who would be delivering it (DHL) have lost it. I've spoke to then but they say they cannot find it and that it is the drivers fault etc.
I've contacted you via email but haven't heard anything back. The courier company have said it is you who need to contact them so they can pay you for the item so I can get my money back. My name is Melvin Watts from United Kingdom.
I'm truly gutted this has happened as I waited over a month for the controller.
Could you contact the courier and get the ball rolling please?
